Qualification : Pass with 60% marks in 10+2 examination or its equivalent ( For SC/ST pass class) OR A degree in any discipline from a recognised University. Knowledge of Regional Language of the particular State/ Union Territory for which vacancies are declared is essential. Computer Proficiency is essential.

2. The candidates should have a valid email ID.
3. The candidates should have their Demand Draft (DD) ready before applying on-line, as the DD details are required to be entered in the on-line application. Without the valid DD details, data will not be registered. The DD should not be dated before 10.12.2008 and not after 02.01.2009.
4. candidates should obtain a system generated printout of the application.
